This year’s Law Wu Washed Anaerobic release highlights a new expression from one of our closest growing partners in Northern Thailand — a clean, bright cup with notes of black tea, pineapple, and turbinado sugar, shaped by careful anaerobic fermentation and the dedication of the Lahu farmers who produced it.
