What makes Lanna Coffee unique?
Lanna Coffee is more than just a caffeinated beverage to get you going in the morning. It's about making a positive impact on the hill tribes of Thailand. We help fund educational, healthcare and clean water projects in the hill tribes where our farmers work and live. Here in North America, we're privileged to have the lives and opportunities we have and we use Lanna as a way to give back and to see positive change happen in Thailand.
I’m new to coffee. How should I choose the roast?
Good coffee is very much a personal decision so it's best to sample a few different roasts to see which one you prefer. but if you're looking for a quick primer check out our roast guide.
Is your coffee organic?
Although we don't have the official accreditation and seal from the USDA, we are in all other ways organic. We are proud that our farmers don't use pesticides or fertilizers in the farming process. We also teach our farmers the most economically friendly practices that not only produce better coffee but are enhance the sustainability of the land they're grown.
How do I modify my coffee subscription?
Modifying your coffee subscription is easy with Lanna Coffee Co. Since it's your subscription, we think you should have complete control over how you receive your coffee. 1. Go to https://www.lannacoffeeco.com. 2. Select "My Account" in the top right-hand corner of your screen. 3. Login to your Lanna Coffee account with your existing username and password. If you've never registered for an account, create your account using the email address linked to your Lanna Coffee Co. subscription. 4. Select "Manage Subscriptions" which can be found in the navigation menu at the top of our homepage. You're now ready to make changes to your subscription! From here you can modify the frequency of your coffee shipments and add or remove products from your subscription. Happy brewing!
What is your return policy?
At Lanna Coffee, our goal is to provide our customers with excellent service and delicious coffee. While we strive to provide an excellent coffee experience, we understand that sometimes issues come up that should be addressed. Coffee - Coffee is perishable so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if there was an error with your order or if your coffee was damaged in shipment, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you're dissatisfied with your coffee, our Support team can assist you in identifying a coffee that you're sure to love. Everything Else - If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
