Our washed process coffee comes from the village of Doi Inthanon. This coffee is a nice representation of Thai coffee with a pastry sweetness and baking spice, floral, and lightly fruity flavor notes. It has a tea-like mouthfeel with mild acidity when roasted lighter and is chocolatey and a creamy body when roasted darker.
