Located in the Chiang Mai region of Northern Thailand, is the village of Doi Wiang. Doi Wiang has been growing coffee for over 30 years, boasting the highest elevation of all the villages that we source from in Thailand. As a natural process coffee, the coffee bean is allowed to dry within the coffee cherry prior to pulping. The result is a sweeter more complex coffee that’s bursting with flavor. In addition to its sweet notes, our Doi Wiang is also slightly acidic with a syrupy-smooth body.
