The village of Ma Oh Jo has a close relationship with our partners at ITDF, piloting many projects including water systems, a health clinic, and a school to serve nearby villages. Over the last few years, the farmers in Ma Oh Jo have greatly improved their coffee score. We are excited to offer their washed process coffee that showcases the high quality, dynamic range, and delightful character of Thai coffee.
We roast Ma Oh Jo to a medium-dark roast, similar to the style of coffee roasting in Thailand. The darker roast brings out smooth, milk chocolate flavors and full body. We carefully develop the coffee while roasting, preserving the forward flavors of baking spice and soft fruit sweetness.
