Onyx is our signature dark roast blend, combining coffees from Thailand and Nicaragua for a rich, full-bodied cup with deep sweetness and a smooth finish.

The darker roast profile develops notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and tobacco, creating a bold cup without the sharp bitterness that can sometimes accompany dark-roasted coffee.

Onyx is especially well suited to drip, French press, and coffee with cream or milk, making it an easy choice for anyone who prefers a stronger, more traditional dark-roast profile.

WHERE DOES YOUR COFFEE COME FROM?

We source coffee beans from several locations, but we're most known for our work in Thailand. You see we believe that coffee should not only taste great, but it should be sourced responsibly and in a transparent fashion. This is why we choose to source from areas where we can work directly with farms and ensure they're paid well for their hard work.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY COFFEE

Our goal is ship any orders within one business day, however in many cases we're able to process and ship your order same day. Once your order has been packaged you'll receive a notification with tracking information so you can track your coffee every step of its journey.

HOW LONG WILL MY COFFEE STAY FRESH?

Like any perishable food product, your coffee beans will lose their flavor over time. To make sure you get the most out of your coffee beans, we roast and package each week so that they arrive at your door at peak freshness. Each of our bags is hand stamped with the date your coffee beans were roasted so you can brew with confidence. We recommend consuming your coffee beans within four to six weeks of opening to really get the most out of your coffee.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free priority shipping via USPS or UPS Ground on all orders of at least $50 in the Continental U.S.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

Updating your existing coffee subscription couldn't be easier. Scroll to the footer menu at the bottom is this page and under "Resources" select "Subscription Login". Then enter the email address associated with your subscription, along with your password. Once you're logged in you can update your subscription frequency, swap products, update your delivery address, and even add new products to your subscription.
