Experience the incredible complexity and vibrancy of our Black Honey single origin coffee, sourced from the remote and luscious landscapes of Doi Inthanon, Thailand. This season's harvest comes from five villages that originally abandoned their coffee fields due to the lack of an established market. We're proud to support these communities and bring you a truly unique coffee experience.

At an altitude of 1600 MASL, the coffee is grown using the Catimor varietal and processed using the honey process method. The result is a medium and smooth body with a bright and lively acidity that's sure to please even the most discerning coffee drinkers.

Indulge in the sweet and subtle tartness that is perfectly complemented by a light and silky body. Our Black Honey single origin coffee offers a crisp raspberry finish that lingers just long enough to serve as the bridge to your next sip. With flavor notes of vanilla bean, puff pastry, and raspberry compote, this coffee is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

Experience the rich history and unique taste of Doi Inthanon, Thailand, with every cup of our Black Honey single origin coffee. Try it today and elevate your coffee experience to new heights!

We source coffee beans from several locations, but we're most known for our work in Thailand. You see we believe that coffee should not only taste great, but it should be sourced responsibly and in a transparent fashion. This is why we choose to source from areas where we can work directly with farms and ensure they're paid well for their hard work.

Our goal is ship any orders within one business day, however in many cases we're able to process and ship your order same day. Once your order has been packaged you'll receive a notification with tracking information so you can track your coffee every step of its journey.

Like any perishable food product, your coffee beans will lose their flavor over time. To make sure you get the most out of your coffee beans, we roast and package each week so that they arrive at your door at peak freshness. Each of our bags is hand stamped with the date your coffee beans were roasted so you can brew with confidence. We recommend consuming your coffee beans within four to six weeks of opening to really get the most out of your coffee.

We offer free priority shipping via USPS or UPS Ground on all orders of at least $50 in the Continental U.S.
