This very limited release comes from the remote Law Wu village in Northern Thailand, where coffee is shade-grown and harvested by members of the Lahu hill tribe. After harvest, cherries undergo a carefully managed anaerobic fermentation before being washed and dried on raised beds.
The result is a beautifully clean and expressive cup — think fresh lemonade brightness, balanced black tea body, and smooth caramel sweetness. This is one of the most distinct washed lots we’ve cupped from the region.
With fewer than 40 12 oz bags available, this is a one-time roast — once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. Whether you brew pour-over, drip, or espresso, Law Wu Washed Anaerobic offers a unique perspective on Thai specialty coffee.

We source coffee beans from several locations, but we're most known for our work in Thailand. You see we believe that coffee should not only taste great, but it should be sourced responsibly and in a transparent fashion. This is why we choose to source from areas where we can work directly with farms and ensure they're paid well for their hard work.
Our goal is ship any orders within one business day, however in many cases we're able to process and ship your order same day. Once your order has been packaged you'll receive a notification with tracking information so you can track your coffee every step of its journey.
Like any perishable food product, your coffee beans will lose their flavor over time. To make sure you get the most out of your coffee beans, we roast and package each week so that they arrive at your door at peak freshness. Each of our bags is hand stamped with the date your coffee beans were roasted so you can brew with confidence. We recommend consuming your coffee beans within four to six weeks of opening to really get the most out of your coffee.
We offer free priority shipping via USPS or UPS Ground on all orders of at least $50 in the Continental U.S.
